Cancellation Period
You may cancel your preorder within 5 days of placing it for a full refund.

Production Timeline
Each preorder includes an estimated ship date (for example, “ships by late September 2025”). These dates are approximate and may shift slightly depending on production progress.

Delays
If production extends beyond the estimated window, we’ll notify you and give you the choice to continue waiting or receive a full refund.

After 5 Days
Once production has begun, cancellations aren’t available unless there’s a delay beyond the stated timeframe.

We’ll keep you updated on production milestones and let you know promptly of any unexpected changes.
