Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Exchanges are accepted for size or store credit where stock is available.
To request an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds are only issued if your item arrives faulty or incorrect.
Preorders
Preorder listings include an estimated ship date.
Timelines are approximate and may shift slightly due to production schedules.
If production extends beyond the estimated window, you’ll be notified and offered the option to continue waiting or receive a full refund.
